At NUHR Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance and beauty purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include your original packing slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice, as NUHR Home cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return journey.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
